He supports leaders, managers, clinicians, and volunteers worldwide preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. His focus is developing caring and competent prevention, crisis preparedness, response, and recovery services.

Amy has a wealth of skills and experience. She has provided EAP services in past work assignments and she specializes in addressing workplace violence and sexual assault. She currently works as a regional manager leading counseling agencies across several states and supporting the clinical development of licensed professionals.

Cary has extensive clinical and critical incident response experience. Among other treatment specialties, he helps those experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. In his experience as as an agency manager and clinical supervisor, he has developed and supported many clinicians. He speaks Spanish

Jon has impressive leadership and management skills. He has managed and developed clinical teams throughout the state of Idaho. He provides training and supervision to professionals who help others in crisis and following emergencies. Jon works as a clinical manager over two counseling offices in Boise and Nampa Idaho.
