Behavioral health Critical Incident Response (CIR) services play a vital role in stabilizing employee well-being, restoring workplace function, and supporting client continuity following disruptive events such as accidents, violence, death, natural disasters, personal or workplace crises. This survey helps assess your EAP’s CIR capacity and identifies opportunities for collaboration and enhancement.
